PRIVACY

Your privacy matters.

How this website handles enquiries, essential services and optional measurement.

Last updated: October 30, 2026.

Who handles your enquiry

Neural Log is a Wedel Software product. Use the contact form to ask about your data or request deletion.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we store the details you enter, your request type, a receipt reference and submission time. A keyed one-way hash of your network address is used to limit abuse. Do not include passwords, payment card details or confidential station records.

Why and where

We use enquiry details to answer questions and arrange requested demonstrations. Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database, delivered through ChatGPT Sites infrastructure using Cloudflare. Email confirmation and contact-list synchronization are not yet active. Your enquiry is not a newsletter subscription.

AI assistant

When you use the AI assistant, your message and a limited recent conversation history are sent to OpenAI to answer your question using curated public product information. The website does not store raw conversations. We disable response storage in the API; OpenAI may retain limited data under its applicable abuse-monitoring policies. We retain hashed usage records to limit abuse and costs. Do not enter personal contact details or confidential station data in chat; use the separate enquiry form.

Optional measurement

Optional analytics and advertising measurement are off until you accept. No analytics or advertising account IDs are configured at launch. When enabled, permitted events contain only fixed categories such as page, request type and language, never your form or chat content. Visitors who refuse or block measurement may be absent from analytics.

Retention and requests

Enquiries are intended to be retained for up to 12 months, unless needed for an ongoing business relationship. Contact the team through the form to ask for access, correction or deletion. Hosting providers may keep operational security logs under their own policies.
